Why the menu reads like a map

"The best way to learn your craft is to be hands on and like what you do."

We specialize in local, fresh caught Gulf fish — grouper, snapper, hogfish and mahi — and bring imported fish in daily. No fish joint would be complete without a selection of fresh and even smoked salmon.

Our concept and menu is a combination of inspiration from our travels, experiences and research of seafood operations all over the world. Mostly a Florida influenced menu from Sarasota to Key West, you'll also find inspiration from Canada, Seattle, Boston, New Orleans, Jamaica, Nicaragua, and even Ireland and Italy.

I strongly encourage my staff to see the world and be inspired by others' innovation and success. We attend every food show, seafood festival, and go right down on the fishermen's docks.
