Owner Scott Dolan built Big Water from a lifetime of tasting, traveling, and showing up at the docks. The menu starts in Florida, then borrows a little inspiration from Boston, New Orleans, Jamaica, Italy, and every good seafood town in between.

What never changes: buy the best fish available, cut it with care, and serve people the way you’d want to be served.
